AUOA acknowledges the importance of mental health. The world is already going through a serious crisis of the pandemic Covid-19 and therefore, being an empathetic institution, AUOA organized a psychology conference where it arranged a virtual counseling booth.
In this conference, students were asked to share their experience of the lockdown and how this has affected their mental health. We had students and leading psychologists and psychotherapists who were a part of this conference. Our councilors were constantly providing emotional support to the students. Also, this conference proved to be a significant platform for psychologists to exhibit their researches and findings. Psychology conference proved to be a benchmark event since it has provided mutual benefit to both students and the counselors.
